a trip to the smithsonian folklife festival on saturday lead me to a 3-D rendering of mars’s surface (left), a talk w/ a food packaging engineer, and long conversations with a landsat engineer. it was basically awesome.
i also enjoyed the sign on the top right — but probably a lot more than the 10 people who are attacked by tents two weeks ago.
skunkgal had a mad crush on john henson, a.k.a. "skunkboy," in 7th grade. the rest is history.
