selling out with google ads

yes, i’ve gone and done it and put some ads on my site. i’d tell you to click on them so i can get money, but that’s illegal, so i’m not telling you to do that. i’m more interested in what kind of ads google finds appropriate for my site. want a pet skunk? well now my blog tells you how to find them …
You get more money if you move them up higher in the page. The 300×250 badges also pay out more per click.
the 300×500 one is also really ugly… i tried putting the leaderboard ad above the header, but i just found it so distracting and terrible looking. my heart’s not in it, i guess.
Heh, I just this moment removed the ads from my own site, partly because any mention of the word “McCain” brings on the presidential Flash ads.
Oops.
omfg sellout.
if i had a website i’d do it too.
